The U-505 Utility irons from Titleist are a perfect symbiosis of irons and hybrids - the former provide the look, the latter the flight characteristics, the ball launch is explosive and high, and the U-505 also offer an improved feel. Thanks to the thinner forged L clubface and Max Impact technology, the U-505 are Titleist's fastest utility irons, which is due to the core support structure with a highly elastic polymer core. The density of the tungsten used is higher than usual and enables a more efficient concentration of weight. This shifts the centre of gravity further down and towards the heel to improve launch dynamics as much as possible. With a shorter clubface, a flat clubface and a wide sole, the U-505 offers maximum versatility and a look that harmonises well with the other clubs in the bag. The back of the racket features a muscle plate, the composition and structure of which brings the benefits of sound optimisation and vibration damping in addition to weight savings. Specifications:
