The TaylorMade SIM2 MAX OS is a classic game improvement iron that provides support at all set points in the game. It features a draw alignment and mid-high launch. The SIM2 MAX OS is equipped with the same technologies as the SIM2 MAX, only they are integrated into an oversized construction. Speed Bridge becomes the new Cap Back Design With the Cap Back Design, a supportive insert extends across the entire back of the iron head. The all-new multi-material Cap Back Design uses high-strength stainless steel and ultra-lightweight polymers. Designed to maximise distance, forgiveness, and feel with an extremely low centre of gravity. Fast, forgiving Clubface The SIM2 Max Irons shine with a fast, forgiving clubface to give golfers more power right where they need it. The sweet spot has grown dramatically and is now significantly larger. The new clubface design approaches the threshold of the legal limit and is fast, flexible, and extremely forgiving. New ECHO Dampening System The new ECHO Dampening System uses a softer polymer blend and multiple contact points across the face to channel hard vibrations and create tension like forged irons. Thru-Slot Speed Pocket The Thru-Slot Speed Pocket is a continuous gap in the sole that extends from the heel to the top of the head, increasing the flex of the lower face for increased ball speed and forgiveness on off-centre hits. Progressive Inverted Cone Technology Each clubface has been designed to individually position Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) in each iron head. This has optimised forgiveness and minimised side spin to counteract the frequent miss to the right. Oversized for More Stability The oversized construction provides stability at impact, a larger sweet spot, and more forgiveness over the entire clubface.
