We are convinced that you will improve your performance with the new club. Should the club unexpectedly not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days. In this case, you will receive a voucher from us for the amount of the purchase price, which you can then easily use for another model of your choice.
Are there any prerequisites?
- The club must be paid for.
- The club must be the original you purchased and match the specified serial number.
- The club must be in good condition and may show up to 30 days of use.
- The club must not be damaged or altered in any way - Only signs of normal wear and tear are accepted.
- The condition of the product is checked upon return. All4Golf reserves the right to refuse the return if it is not normal wear and tear.
How do I return the club?
We include all necessary return documents with every shipment. To return the item, please use the original box, the return label and the return slip. Please indicate on the return slip that it is the satisfaction guarantee.
Once we have received your returned club, our team will check the condition according to the above prerequisites. After successful inspection without objection, you will receive the purchase price as a voucher code via email. Please note that the inspection of the clubs and the creation of the voucher can take up to 7 working days.
