Wilson Staff D7 Iron Set

The D7 irons from Wilson make use of the increasingly popular Power Holes. These are used almost to excess in the long irons. With the shorter irons, they are only used to a lesser extent, so that the control for the shorter distances is improved.

Power Holes work quite simply. They are filled with urethane so that the striking surface can deform better. Greater flexibility in the club face results in more speed. The acquired speed serves as the basis for the increased length.
The club face is extremely thin, which helps to increase ball speed.
