GT1 Technology
Seamless Thermoform Crown: A newly engineered, ultra-lightweight design created from a new proprietary matrix polymer. The adjustable acoustic properties of this unique composite material allow Titleist engineers to achieve new material gains while maintaining our signature sound and feel. All in a clear form that exudes complete confidence.
Split Mass Construction: A breakthrough in internal weighting offers a new path to optimal launch and distance. The GT1 driver separates the weight in the club head and strategically positions it to the rear for a higher launch angle and to the front for optimized speed, spin and forgiveness.
Lowest, lowest center of gravity (CG): Take your distance to new heights. With the lowest CG of any GT driver model, the GT1 promotes a higher launch angle and increased stability for longer drives with ease.
Speed Ring® VFT face: Two technologies combine to create the GT's amazingly fast face. An enhanced titanium Speed Ring stabilizes the perimeter to generate maximum allowable speed in the center, while a variable face thickness (VFT) ensures consistent, fast ball speeds across the entire face.
