The Super Select Newport 2.5 Plus has the same MOI-enhancing head shape as the Super Select Newport 2 Plus, with the addition of Scotty's new I-Beam style molded jet neck that enhances toe flow when putting. With the wider flange, this is another Tour-inspired shape that introduces the next profile in high-performance blade design.
The Newport 2.5 Plus is milled in the USA from 303 stainless steel, has a solid face and an integrated sole plate made from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum that is clear anodized and features the series graphics. A milled flange sight line ensures clean alignment, while customizable stainless steel sole weights provide balance.
The putter features the series' new shaft band, head cover and textured Pistolini Plus grip. A Super Select Newport 2.5 Plus model for left-handers is also available.
MOI-Enhancing "Plus" Design: The new Super Select Newport 2.5 Plus has been designed in an innovative size between the width of the Newport 2 and the wider Squareback 2, with weight strategically distributed around the perimeter of the putter head to increase MOI.
Multi-Material Construction: The Super Select Newport 2.5 Plus extends Scotty Cameron's proven construction method of using complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics. Each "Plus" model features a precision machined 6061 aircraft aluminum sole plate expertly machined into the 303 stainless steel putter head for proper weight distribution, balance and feel.
