FEATURE OVERVIEW

Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Data	When used properly, the smart blood pressure monitor for the upper arm provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate data. Take a single measurement or get an average value from three consecutive measurements.
All-in-One	The compact all-in-one device has an integrated display so you can view the values immediately after measurement. The adjustable cuff is suitable for arm circumferences of 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 inches) and can be folded for easy storage or travel.
Optional Sync with Garmin Connect	Use the Index BPM as a standalone device or synchronize the measurements via Wi-Fi with your Garmin Connect account. Then view the data, add notes, and display the log and trends along with other statistics in the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone.
Create Reports	When you synchronize the measurements with your Garmin Connect account, you can view reports for 7 days, 4 weeks, and 1 year in the app and export them to a PDF file.
Set Reminders	If you use the Garmin Connect app and enable notifications on your compatible smartphone, you can set reminders to measure your blood pressure.
Up to 16 Users	With the Garmin Connect app, you can set up to 16 user profiles to track individual measurements on the device. All users also have the option to synchronize their own Garmin Connect account and view their own measurements.
Long Battery Life	The four included AAA batteries last up to 9 months and are easy to replace.
