A high launching, super light and draw-heavy Driver, ideal for slower and more moderate swing speeds. The ST-X PLTNM is a total of 30g lighter than any conceivable custom option of the ST-X 230. The Driver features a high quality helium platinum shaft and a lightweight handle. With the support of CORTECH chambers, the Driver generates more speed from the clubface, less spin and an incredibly solid feel at impact. CORTECH-Chamber Mizuno's CORTECH-Chamber encloses a stainless steel weight with elastomeric TPU - this relieves the clubface and creates an additional source of energy. At the same time, the weight is positioned closer to the clubface to reduce spin rate and contribute to a more solid, powerful feel at impact. Unified Sole Composite The carbon sole plate is now made from a single piece. This increases the weight saving to the maximum and contributes extremely to the overall stability. Draw Tendency The weight is positioned close to the shaft axis for a high, draw-heavy ball flight. Forged SAT 2041 Beta Ti-Face More durable than the commonly used 6-4 Ti, with a more complex design and divergent strength - made possible by Mizuno's CORTECH chambers. 30 grams less racket weight for slower swing speeds With premium helium platinum shaft (3/4 longer than standard) and lightweight J112 handle.
