Place a pencil in the round mark between your middle and index finger and place your left hand on the outline. Now read off the length of your middle finger. Cut out the strip of paper with the 0-9 scale and place it around the palm of your left hand (without your thumb). Now read the value on the scale. You can use these two values to determine the right glove size for you in the table below.
