Designed for players who have difficulty making chip shots and are less confident with their traditional wedges. The ChipR combines the elements of a putter and a wedge to enhance performance around the green and improve score without fear of topped and fat ball contact. Chip and Run Recommended for shots within 36 metres of the green from the rough and the front green. Golfers can perform a putt-like motion to gain distance control and consistency without fear of topped and fat shots. Fault tolerant design Cast from 431 stainless steel, the club head is weighted at the rim for high forgiveness. It features a composite cavity badge and is finished with a Hydropearl Chrome finish that improves effectiveness in wet conditions. Available for custom fitting: length, loft and lie (10 colour codes). Cambered sole The cambered sole provides soft ball contact through rough and in other conditions for maximum versatility and consistency. A shorter face height (between wedge and putter) contributes to reliable ball contact and performance. MicroMax Grooves Precision milled MircoMax grooves (closer spacing, more grooves) increase ball contact to maintain spin for consistent ball flight and control on chips of any length.
