Callaway Great Big Bertha iron set
Lightweight performance from a forged titanium clubface and CP titanium body By utilising materials normally reserved for drivers, we have created up to 96g of available weight and precisely repositioned this saved weight to improve launch and forgiveness. The Commercially Pure Grade (CP) titanium body is more resilient at impact than conventional steel and together with the thinner clubface, more energy is transferred to the ball. Speed and impact from the Tungsten Speed Cartridge The Tungsten Speed Cartridge contains up to 145g of high-density tungsten, which provides more speed and launch by creating the lowest centre of gravity we have ever achieved in an iron. This unrivalled tungsten content is a 133% increase over the Rogue ST Max and the highest ever used in a Callaway iron. A.I.-designed forged titanium clubface for greater consistency The forged titanium clubface has been optimised to increase speed and improve spin consistency. Great Big Bertha is the first Callaway iron to combine titanium and industry-leading A.I. technologies for optimised performance. Patented urethane microspheres for exceptional feel Our patented urethane microspheres improve sound and provide a softer feel, while the clubface remains bouncy for increased ball speed.
