The LTDx Max fairway woods from Cobra combine fast ball speeds with extreme forgiveness. The weights in the back and heel can be adjusted to increase or decrease the draw angle. Twelve grams in the rear section results in five additional yards on the draw. Twelve grams in the heel even allow up to eleven additional yards in a draw. If the "Draw" loft setting is also selected, up to 18 additional yards can be achieved. Lower spin rate with greater forgiveness The PWR-COR Technology shifts a considerable amount of weight down to the front, increasing the ball speed and reducing the spin rate. On the Max, a 12 gram and a 3 gram weight can be adjusted in the back and heel for extreme forgiveness and more or less draw tilt. New face design The H.O.T. (Highly Optimised Topology) face design has been precisely configured for more speed using machines. Based on thousands of impact simulations, the manufacturers have developed a clubface with 15 zones, each with the perfect strength. This allows faster ball speeds to be achieved over a larger area of the clubface. Lighter and more stable A lighter carbon crown allows more weight to be shifted down to the front.
